Fantatee began as a small woodworking space in Quang Ngai, Vietnam: a quiet corner, a few tools, and a shared belief that solid wood deserves calm, lasting form. From those early days, we’ve kept one clear goal: to craft wooden furniture that feels honest, steady, and alive in the home. Today, Fantatee builds handcrafted tree-shaped bookcases and coffee tables, pieces that balance sculptural beauty with daily function. Every curve, grain, and join is shaped to bring warmth and order to the spaces people live in.

Fantatee now distributes its products worldwide through a direct-to-consumer model, connecting customers straight to our workshop. This approach removes middlemen, keeping communication clear, quality consistent, and pricing fair. Orders flow directly from maker to home, ensuring every customer receives transparent updates, steady lead times, and authentic craftsmanship from the same hands that built their piece.

What We Make

Fantatee crafts handcrafted wooden furniture that unites art, structure, and everyday function. Our designs favor calm forms and honest materials, pieces that look sculptural yet serve with quiet purpose.

Our two main lines are:

• Tree-Shaped Bookcases: inspired by the branching form of trees, each shelf extends naturally upward, offering balance between form and function. These bookcases turn empty walls into organic displays that hold books, memories, and light.

• Coffee Tables: smooth, grounded, and built for daily use. Each table blends minimal curves with solid joinery, providing a stable centerpiece for conversation and comfort.

Fantatee furniture is available in two types:

• Ready to Ship: pre-made pieces that are fully finished, quality-checked, and packed for quick delivery.

• Custom Made: customers can select from Fantatee’s predefined sizes and color options to fit their room, keeping customization focused and consistent with our design intent.

All Fantatee designs come with clear size and finish choices to make selection simple and reliable.

• Bookcases are available in several tested heights and shelf layouts to ensure balance and strength.

• Coffee Tables come in practical diameters and heights that fit both compact apartments and spacious living rooms.

• Color Options include walnut wood, rosewood, peach wood, oak wood, ash wood, red wood, each finish carefully tested for surface consistency and long-term performance.

Customers simply select their preferred size and color combination at checkout, and our workshop confirms the details before production begins. This process keeps every piece true to Fantatee’s craft standard: handmade, balanced, and built to last.

Materials, Craft, and Sustainability

Fantatee keeps materials simple, proven, and traceable. We work mainly with solid hardwoods such as walnut wood, rosewood, peach wood, oak wood, ash wood, and red wood, species chosen for their strength, calm grain, and timeless tone. Boards are kiln-dried, acclimated to workshop humidity, and checked for moisture content before machining. Faces are matched for color balance; edges are eased by hand for comfort and chip resistance. Each piece begins with well-prepared wood and ends with a finish that highlights its natural depth.

Our finishing process uses indoor-safe, low-odor coatings:

• Natural Oil Finish for a matte, organic touch that reveals the warmth of real wood.

• Water-Borne Clear Coat for daily durability while preserving natural color and feel.

Surfaces are sanded through multiple grits until the texture feels smooth and even. Every curve, join, and surface is refined by hand to ensure each Fantatee piece feels both grounded and gentle to the touch.

All design and build work happens under one roof in our workshop, from sketch to sanding. Our process follows clear, deliberate steps:

• Sketch & Scale: ideas tested through mockups to confirm proportion and usability.

• Precision Milling: boards are planed, squared, and cut for accuracy.

• Joinery & Assembly: mortise-and-tenon and reinforced inserts provide long-term stability.

• Surface Work: edges softened, grains aligned, and tones balanced.

• Finishing & Inspection: hand-finished under natural light; every piece is logged, signed, and timestamped before packing.

Each order carries a full route sheet, not as formality, but as a record of transparency and care. Fantatee’s sustainability begins with respect for the material. Offcuts are reused as packing blocks or small goods to minimize waste. Our finishes are selected for low environmental impact, and our construction methods favor repair and longevity over replacement. We believe sustainability is not just about sourcing, it’s about building furniture that endures gracefully, reduces waste, and continues to serve homes for years to come.

Packing & Delivery

Every piece is handled, checked, and protected by hand before it leaves our workshop. All corners, faces, and edges are covered with custom-cut foam layers and reinforced cardboard guards to prevent impact during transit. Each hardware kit, tool, and instruction sheet is clearly labeled and placed in its own sealed pouch, making assembly simple and precise for the customer.

Before shipping, every order is inspected, photographed, and logged in our system. This ensures traceability from the workshop bench to the customer’s door, a key advantage of our direct-to-consumer model, which keeps every step transparent and controlled by the same team that built your furniture.

• Ready-to-Ship items are dispatched within 1-2 business days, after a final quality and finish inspection.

• Custom-Made orders typically ship within 7-15 business days, depending on finish type and workshop schedule. Each custom build follows a production timeline shared with the customer upon confirmation.

Fantatee partners with trusted global couriers to deliver worldwide. Every package includes a tracking code and an inspection guide to help customers unpack and check their furniture confidently. From workshop to doorstep, every step reflects Fantatee’s commitment to careful making, honest communication, and lasting value.

Quotes show all costs: timber, hardware, finishing, and shipping, so choices stay clear and prices stay fair. Build calendars and ship windows are posted upfront, with updates sent promptly if schedules change.

We stand behind every piece. Issues due to workmanship or shipping are repaired, replaced, or refunded. Ready-to-Ship items include a 30-day return window if unused and in original packaging; Custom-Made orders are supported first with adjustments for fit and function, then handled case by case.
