• Currency: All prices listed on our website are in US Dollars (USD).

• When You Are Charged: Because many of our items are custom-made or finished by hand, your card is charged at the time the order is placed. This confirms your spot in our production queue or reserves your ready-to-ship item.

4. Taxes and Duties

United States Orders: Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and state regulations.

International Orders (DDP): To keep pricing honest and clear, Fantatee operates on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis for the countries we serve (UK, EU, Canada, Australia, etc.).

• What this means: The price you pay at checkout includes the product price and shipping.

• No Hidden Fees: Fantatee covers all import duties, VAT, and customs fees. You will not be asked to pay any extra fees upon delivery.

5. Troubleshooting Payment Issues

If your payment is declined, please check the following:

• Billing Address: Ensure the billing address entered matches the address on file with your bank or credit card issuer.

• Card Info: Double-check the expiration date and CVV code.

• Bank Limits: Some banks flag high-value transactions (like furniture purchases) as a security measure. You may need to contact your bank to authorize the purchase.
