Fantatee Shipping Policy
At Fantatee, shipping is designed to be transparent, reliable, and respectful of the craftsmanship behind every piece. Because many of our products are handcrafted from solid hardwood, each box is built strong, lined with dense foam, and reinforced edges. From our workshop in Quang Ngai, Vietnam to your home, every shipment reflects the same care we put into making your furniture.
Where We Ship
Fantatee ships to the following regions and countries: United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, Canada, Italy, Belgium, Portugal and Australia.
We’re unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or certain remote territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and select island regions in Europe and Australia).
A street address, home or business is required for delivery, so your solid-wood furniture can be handled safely.
If your location is outside our standard coverage or has special access needs (for example, limited vehicle access, upper-floor delivery, or complex stairs), please contact us before ordering to confirm options and any additional service fees.
Carriers and Service Levels
Depending on the destination, parcel size/weight, and network capacity, Fantatee uses DHL Express, UPS, FedEx, or trusted freight partners for large or heavy furniture.
- Larger furniture (like tree-shaped bookcases or solid-wood coffee tables) may ship via freight service with a liftgate, providing curbside delivery (to your driveway or curb, not inside your home).

Some high-value orders may require an adult signature upon delivery; this will be shown in your tracking email.
Delivery Time & Costs
Delivery time is the total of processing time and shipping time.
- Processing time includes final quality checks, packing, and labeling before carrier pickup.
- Shipping time refers to the carrier’s transit period after pickup.
International deliveries may require additional time for customs clearance. Weather, holidays, or carrier delays may add 1–3 business days.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT+7 typically begin processing the same business day.
Fantatee offers two order types with different processing times:

Because Fantatee furniture is solid-wood and handmade, packaging dimensions and weight may vary slightly. To minimize the risk of damage, multi-item orders may ship in separate boxes at no extra charge. Fantatee partially subsidizes actual carrier costs so every customer receives durable packaging, insured transport, and transparent pricing at checkout.
Taxes and Duties
The price shown at checkout, product total plus any shipping fee is all you pay to Fantatee. For international orders, Fantatee covers import taxes, VAT, and customs processing (Delivered Duty Paid — DDP). You should not be asked to pay anything at delivery.
If a carrier requests payment upon arrival, do not pay, please contact us immediately at support@fantatee.com, and we’ll resolve it.
Furniture Shipping & Assembly
To ensure safe handling, larger furniture items may ship partly disassembled. Each order includes:

A clear, illustrated assembly guide

A basic tool (such as an Allen key)
Typical setup time: 20–30 minutes for two adults. If you prefer help, we can recommend third-party assembly services in major cities across the U.S., Europe, Canada, and Australia (fees separate from standard shipping). If you need room-of-choice delivery, stair carries, debris removal, or timed appointments, please contact us before shipment to arrange an upgrade.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves our workshop, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and direct tracking link. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear especially for international routes while customs scans are pending. If tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, please contact us for assistance.
If Something Goes Wrong
If your order arrives damaged, contact Fantatee Support within 72 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos or a short video showing:

Keep all packaging materials until we confirm next steps. If your parcel appears lost (no movement for 8+ business days or not delivered within 15 business days after shipping), reach out to us. Once confirmed, we’ll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund.
Order Changes and Cancellations
You may cancel an order before it begins processing, ideally within 24 hours of purchase. After an order has been packed or handed to the carrier, cancellation is no longer possible. After delivery, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy. For international orders, cancellation isn’t possible once the shipment has cleared customs.
If you need to change your address, please contact us before dispatch. Once in transit, carriers may charge a re-route fee, and delivery may be delayed.
