3. PRODUCTS AND CRAFTSMANSHIP (IMPORTANT)

We specialize in handcrafted solid wood furniture. By purchasing from Fantatee, you acknowledge and agree to the unique nature of our materials:

• Natural Wood Characteristics: Wood is a living material. Variations in grain pattern, color tone, knots, and mineral streaks are natural characteristics of solid hardwood (Walnut, Oak, Ash, etc.) and are not considered defects.

• Handmade Nature: As our products are crafted by hand, slight variations in dimensions or finish may occur. These nuances are a mark of authenticity, not mass production errors.

• Colors: We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be 100% accurate.

• Product Availability: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis, especially for limited-run custom pieces.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT

• Currency: All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).

• Price Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice due to fluctuations in raw timber costs or shipping rates.

• Taxes & Duties:

  • US Orders: Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your state.

  • International Orders: We operate on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis for supported countries. Import duties and taxes are included in the final price paid at checkout; you will not be charged extra upon delivery.

5. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

• If we make a change to or cancel an order, we will notify you via the email or billing address provided.

• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Our delivery terms are governed by our Shipping Policy.

• Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

• Inspection: It is your responsibility to inspect the packaging upon arrival. If damage is visible, you must document it and contact us within 72 hours as per our policy to be eligible for a replacement.

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

• Eligibility: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 30 days.

• Custom Orders: Customized items are generally non-returnable unless defective.

• Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturing defect.

All content included on this site—including text, graphics, logos, product designs (specifically our tree-shaped bookcases and joinery details), images, and software—is the property of Fantatee and is protected by international copyright laws.

Specifically regarding wood products: We are not liable for natural changes in the wood (warping, cracking, or shrinking) caused by the environment in your home (e.g., extreme humidity or dryness) after the return period has passed.
